These GTC apply to all contracts, deliveries, and other services between Plottai.com (hereinafter “we” or “us”) and our customers.

2. Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded through our written confirmation, delivery, or the provision of a service.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in CHF and are exclusive of value-added tax. Payments are due within 14 days of invoicing.

4. Delivery and performance

Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly guaranteed. Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch of the goods.

5. Withdrawal and returns

Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.

6. Warranty and liability

We are only liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. The statutory warranty period is 24 months.

7. Data protection

All customer data is treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where necessary for contract fulfillment.

8. Final provisions

Changes to these GTC may be made at any time. Swiss law applies.
